I’m so grateful that you’re here! Let me introduce myself. I’m Katie, and I’m a Rochester, NY based sports dietitian, mom of two, runner and strength athlete. I provide personalized nutrition and exercise coaching for all levels of active individuals and athletes. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition. Everyone’s lifestyle, goals and physical makeup are completely different from one another. Being a sports dietitian, athlete and coach, I help you understand the challenges that come with trying to figure out the right day-to-day fueling plan to improve your overall body composition and performance. I find that most clients feel they are doing all the right things, yet they are not seeing the changes they’re hoping for resulting in frustration and confusion. If you’re are looking for weight loss, muscle gain, improvement in athletic performance, or managing a health condition, I use a very customized approach while providing guidance and support to help you achieve your goals in a realistic, non-restrictive manner.
