I am a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and a Metabolic Efficiency Training Specialist located in Rochester, NY. Being a triathlete, runner and crossfitter, I understand the many challenges athletes are faced with when it comes to proper fueling. Not to mention having to filter through the insane amount of nutrition information on the internet. It's too much!
